Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah met in New York on Tuesday with US Special Envoy for Syria and Iraq Tom Barrack, the Saudi Press Agency said. The meeting was held on the sidelines of the High-level Week of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly. The two officials discussed the latest developments in the Middle East and efforts to contain tensions and promote security and peace in the region.
