Saudi Arabia allocates SR9.5 billion in August sukuk issuance

RIYADH — The National Debt Management Center allocated SR9.518 billion in the August 2026 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Sukuk issuance was divided into five tranches — separate portions of the overall issuance, each with its own value and maturity date. The first tranche, valued at SR1.550 billion, matures in 2031, while the second, valued at SR2.396 billion, matures in 2033. The third tranche, worth SR258 million, matures in 2036, while the fourth, valued at SR4.064 billion, matures in 2039. The fifth and final tranche, valued at SR1.250 billion, matures in 2041. According to the National Debt Management Center, the figures are rounded to the nearest decimal point.
