Lebanon remains in suspense amid Hezbollah defiance and Israeli incursion

Hezbollah's Secretary-General has argued more than once that what comes after March 2 is not like what was before, indicating that Hezbollah would not accept continued aggression without a response, as it did after the agreement that ended its support war in Gaza. However, it remains committed to not launching any attacks against Israeli forces since June, following an American-Iranian understanding to end the regional war. According to observers, Hezbollah adheres only to this commitment while Israel continues to launch raids and execute extensive bombing operations in southern Lebanon.
