IsDB launches $2.56bn financing plan to strengthen Indonesia’s infrastructure, workforce development

The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) has announced a $2.56 billion financing plan aimed at strengthening Indonesia's infrastructure and workforce development as part of its 2026-2030 partnership strategy. This initiative, developed collaboratively with the Indonesian government, will focus on key areas such as transport, food security, agriculture, energy security, health systems, and education. The plan emphasizes not just financing but also private sector investment and technical assistance to support Indonesia's development priorities.
