Mohamed Attia The Egyptian Holding Company for Airports and Air Navigation (EHCAAN) is set to showcase its latest projects and technological advances at the second edition of the Alamein International Airshow 2026, taking place at Alamein International Airport from September 8 to 10. The company will participate through a 234-square-metre corporate pavilion in a prominent area of the exhibition, located in Zone E at Booth D100. The unified pavilion will present an integrated model of Egypt’s airport and air navigation system, bringing together four affiliated companies: Cairo Airport Company, the Egyptian Airports Company, the National Air Navigation Services Company and Aviation Information Technology Company. The Cairo Airport Company is expected to showcase its latest development projects, digital transformation initiatives and smart passenger-service technologies. The Egyptian Airports Company will highlight its network of regional and international airports, alongside efforts to upgrade airport infrastructure and develop green airports. The National Air Navigation Services Company will present the latest systems for managing and developing Egypt’s airspace, as well as satellite-based applications designed to ensure the highest levels of safety and security. The Aviation Information Technology Company will highlight its role as the group’s technology arm, showcasing advanced software and technological solutions for airports and other aviation facilities to support comprehensive digital transformation. EHCAAN Chairman Ayman Fawzi Arab said the company’s participation in the Alamein International Airshow 2026 reflects its strategic role in developing Egypt’s airport and air navigation sectors. Arab said that the pavilion would showcase not only advanced infrastructure and airports operating to international standards, but also the sector’s progress in digital transformation, artificial intelligence applications and airspace management. He described the Alamein Airshow as a strategic global platform for engaging with major international aviation institutions, boosting the position of Egypt’s leading airports and opening new opportunities for regional and international cooperation. Throughout the exhibition, the pavilion will host official delegations, aviation industry experts and media representatives. It will also feature live demonstrations highlighting the capabilities of Egypt’s airport and air navigation system.
