EgyptAir Union representatives participate in int’l labour conf. in Geneva
Mohamed Attia Member of the General Union of Egyptian Air Transport and Chairman of the Union Committee at EgyptAir Holding Company, Ahmed Teir, and Chairwoman of the Union Committee at EgyptAir Ground Services,Mai Abdel Samad, participated in the 114th session of the International Labour Conference organized by the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Geneva, Switzerland. The two representatives joined the Egyptian delegation attending the annual conference, which brings together government, employer and worker representatives from around the world to discuss key labour and employment issues. During the event, the Egyptian delegation took part in a number of specialized committee meetings, including the Committee on ILO Standards, as well as discussions focused on platform economies, social protection, artificial intelligence (AI) and the future of work. The conference serves as a global forum for shaping labour policies and advancing international standards aimed at promoting decent work and sustainable economic development.
