ALBAWABA - Egyptian artist Ahmed Saad shocked his fans and followers by revealing that he is suffering from a health issue that has made him feel like he has lost his voice, saying it is a consequence of performing at weddings.
In a video posted on his official Facebook account, Ahmed Saad disclosed that he is facing a "very serious" health problem, noting that he has completely lost his voice due to his singing at weddings.
The Egyptian artist pointed out that this health setback comes just as his new album is set to be released this coming Wednesday, October 28.
Furthermore, the artist explained that he has yet to record his vocals for some of the tracks, despite the release date already being announced, leaving him in a difficult position regarding what he should do in this case, as he is unable to finish them at the time.
Saad also took the time to clarify why performing at weddings has affected his voice. He said that his powerful vocal delivery at these events is not a result of requests from the hosts, but rather stems from his own genuine joy in performing and his desire to sing with intensity to bring happiness to the audience.
He noted that he currently has only two options regarding the album: the first is to postpone its release, and the second is to release just two of its songs, with the remaining three songs to be released later.
