BURAIDAH: The Blood Banks Friends Charity, otherwise known as Damy, launched World Blood Donor Day activities on Sunday at its centers in the Kingdom. The initiative aims to raise community awareness of blood donation and encourage regular donations to meet blood bank needs. Activities included blood donation campaigns, free medical checkups, and awareness booths. A main event was held at the charity’s headquarters in Buraidah, with the participation of several entities.
