Sign in with your UAE PASS.Navigate to ‘Services’ and select the ‘Social & Culture’ category. Scroll down to ‘Worker’s Voice’.Next, choose the complaint type – select whether you are filing an ‘Individual’ or ‘Collective’ complaint.Select the issue you are facing from the drop-down menu, for instance, unpaid or delayed wages, unsafe working conditions and so on.Fill in the required information about the establishment and the violation, as well as personal details.Upload any supporting evidence, such as screenshots of emails, pictures, videos and other forms of proof.
