Bürsin was in a relationship with Selin Yağcıoğlu, a well-known Turkish digital creator and influencer, popular on platforms like Instagram (@selinyagcioglu) for her lifestyle, fashion, and beauty content.
Kerem and Selin confirmed their relationship in 2025 when Yağcıoğlu made a touching post looking back on 2025 at the end of the year, and she added a set of pictures that show her and Kerem Bürsin having a good time together. But the couple split up back in April.
