Dubai: Want to own a home? What if you could win one instead?Dubai is giving residents and visitors an opportunity to own a home, as they shop. The campaign, called Win Your Home in Dubai, is a first-of-its-kind citywide initiative that goes beyond retail, positioning the city as a place where people can build a life, invest in their future and feel a sense of belonging. Here’s all you need to know to participate, and even perhaps win, your own home:What is the Win Your Home in Dubai campaign? The Win Your Home in Dubai campaign is jointly led by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), a part of Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), and Dubai Chambers. The campaign invites eligible residents and visitors, aged 18 and above, to join by spending Dh500 at any of the 1,000+ participating brands across more than 3,500 retail outlets across Dubai. The campaign features 12 residential units across the city, supplied by Binghatti Developers, the exclusive real estate partner: 11 studio apartments and a two-bedroom apartment are up for grabs. Each week, a studio apartment will be given away, with the two-bedroom apartment reserved as the grand prize in the final-week draw. By bringing together the private and public sector, the campaign is expected to support business growth, strengthen the retail sector, and drive consumer confidence, even as it reinforces Dubai’s appeal as a global destination for tourism, residence, investment, and to simply experience. When will the campaign run? It’s almost time for the Win Your Home in Dubai initiative to begin! It runs for 12 weeks, from May 22 to August 30, 2026. The campaign spans key retail moments, including Eid Al Adha, 3 Day Super Sale, and Dubai Summer Surprises, allowing shoppers to benefit from seasonal offers and discounts while earning entries into the draw. How it worksParticipation is simple. Follow these steps to ensure you’re in the running for a new home:Step 1: Spend Dh500Shop at more than 1,000 brands across 3,500 participating retail outlets across Dubai and spend Dh500 or more. Every qualifying purchase earns one entry into the draw.Step 2: Enter the raffleOnce you have spent Dh500 at a participating outlet, scan your receipts in-store, or via the QR code on official campaign materials at participating locations, and upload your receipt on winyourhomeindubai.com to validate your entry. You’ll automatically enter the digital raffle for your chance to win.Step 3: Increase your chancesWith every additional spend of Dh500+ at participating stores, you can increase your chances of winning.Things to considerEach additional eligible spend of Dh500 or more earns an additional entry into the draw. Entries remain valid throughout the 12-week campaign, without expiring, so the sooner you enter, the greater your chances of winning, and of remaining eligible for subsequent weekly draws – all the way to the grand finale. When are the winners announced?Nine weekly draws will take place on July 5, July 12, July 19, July 26, August 2, August 9, August 16, August 23, and August 30, 2026. The first eight draws will each award one studio apartment, while the final draw will award three studio apartments and the grand prize two-bedroom apartment.
