UNOTM honours Soheir Abdullah

By Mohamed Attia The United Nations Organisation for Training and Media (UNOTM) in co-operation with the Arab Tourism Magazine and in partnership with African-Asian Union (AFASU), organised the international  conference “Makers of Hope” to honour a number of pioneers of development and influencers in various fields.  Soheir Abdullah Moussa, Chairman and CEO of EgyptAir In-Flight Services Company, was honoured during the conference. The recognition came amid wide appreciation of her professional career and impactful achievements, as well as acknowledgment of her active role and forward-looking vision, which significantly contributed to the development of the in-flight services sector and improving operational efficiency within the company. The awards were presented by Mohamed Abu Zeid, the organisation’s director in Egypt; Abbas Ibrahim, the organisation’s director in Saudi Arabia, Guinness World Records member and head of Arab Tourism Magazine; and Mazen El-Shazly, Director of the Cairo and Africa Office of Arab Tourism Magazine, which organised the event. The conference was attended by  high-level attendees , including  Gehan Zaki, Minister of Culture; Ahmed El-Fangary, Chairman of the Board of the Egyptian Company for Aviation Services; along with several former ministers, public figures, and Egyptian and Arab businessmen.
