Dubai: Uber, in collaboration with Dubai Airports, has opened a dedicated passenger waiting lounge at Dubai International Airport (DXB) Terminal 3, as part of efforts to enhance the airport arrival experience and support Dubai's urban mobility objectives.According to Dubai Media Office, the new fully climate-controlled facility is designed to provide Uber and Careem app users with a more comfortable, seamless and organised pickup experience at DXB.The initiative supports the objectives of the Dubai Civility Committee, which aims to maintain Dubai's distinctive urban appearance while improving the experience of residents and visitors across the emirate.The dedicated lounge allows passengers arriving at Terminal 3 to wait comfortably for their ride-hailing service in a designated indoor area, helping streamline pickup operations and improve traffic flow around airport collection points.The facility is expected to enhance convenience for travellers while supporting more efficient transport services at one of the world's busiest international airports.
