Dubai: Today’s forecast shows clear skies and the mercury sliding into the early-40s, across most emirates.While temperatures in Dubai will range between 38°C and 28°C today, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah will see highs of 41°C, dropping down to 29°C and 28°C respectively, once the sun sets.Light to moderate southwesterly to northwesterly winds will offer a light breeze in coastal and internal areas of the region. However, wind speeds may increase from 25km/h to 40km/h at times, causing blowing dust over open or exposed regions, so be cautious when driving.Humidity is also set to rise today, reaching a peak of 75% in internal areas of Dubai and Sharjah, and 70% in Abu Dhabi.The sea will be slight to moderate, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), which means you can expect calm waters, with wave heights between one to two feet. However, sea conditions will become rough by nighttime, with wave heights of up to six feet, in the Arabian Gulf.
