Dubai: Today, stay hydrated and apply sunscreen, as temperatures are steadily on the rise.Dubai is set to see a high of 38°C, while Abu Dhabi will experience 40°C weather, although once the sun sets, temperatures across the UAE will dip to the late-20s.The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has also cautioned an increase in humidity during the night and on Wednesday morning, over some coastal areas. With light to moderate southwesterly and northwesterly winds averaging a speed of 10 to 25km/h, reaching up to 35km/h, the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea are expected to remain calm this week, so it’s a good time to make use of family-only beaches during the Eid holiday period. Overall, this week, the NCM has advised that it will be relatively hot during Eid Al Adha break, until next Sunday (May 31). Minimum and maximum temperatures across the UAE today:Dubai: 38°C – 28°CAbu Dhabi: 40°C – 28°CSharjah: 39°C – 25°CAjman: 37°C – 28°CUmm Al Quwain: 38°C – 22°CRas Al Khaimah: 42°C – 22°CFujairah: 38°C – 29°CAl Ain: 43°C – 27°CLiwa: 46°C – 21°C
