However, prepare for humid conditions tonight.The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) forecasts fair weather in general, with low clouds appearing eastward, and a gradual increase in temperatures across the country.Mercury risingCoastal areas will see highs ranging from 36°C to 41°C, while inland regions can expect temperatures between 39°C and 44°C. Dubai will see a peak temperature of 40°C, while Abu Dhabi will remain slightly higher at 42°C. Sharjah will see the mercury slide to 43°C, and Al Ain will experience the highest peak temperature today, at 44°C.Winds wind down, while humidity goes upAfter days of dust and haze, winds have eased off across the UAE. Light to moderate winds reaching a maximum speed of 30km/h, will blow in the southwesterly to northwesterly direction.However, the NCM has cautioned an increase in humidity to a maximum of 85% in coastal areas, like Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You can expect rising humidity in the nighttime and on Friday morning, over some coastal and internal areas of the western region. If you’re out on the roads early tomorrow, be cautious when driving, as the NCM advises of the possibility of fog and mist formation, which will lead to reduced horizontal visibility on the roads.Tranquil sea conditionsWith the arrival of gentle winds comes the opportunity to head to the beach, as both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman are expected to be slight and calm today.
