UAE MoHRE’s Labour Claims and Advisory Centre handles 3.4 million calls in first half of 2026

Dubai: The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) announced that its Labour Claims and Advisory Centre (80084) handled more than 3.4 million calls during the first half of 2026, reflecting growing customer confidence in the service and its role as a key communication channel for workers and employers across the UAE.According to the ministry, the total included more than 1.119 million inbound calls and over 2.3 million outbound calls between January and June.MoHRE said the figures highlight the centre's central role in responding to enquiries, guiding customers through labour-related procedures and services, and facilitating the swift processing of transactions.Ahmed Al Qara, Director of the Labour Relations Department at MoHRE, said the ministry continues to invest in enhancing the centre's capabilities through advanced technology and customer-focused service improvements."We continue to invest in developing the Labour Claims and Advisory Centre as one of our most important direct communication channels with customers," Al Qara said."We do this by leveraging the latest AI applications and smart analytics, while strengthening integration across service channels to ensure rapid response times, accurate information, and seamless access to services."He added that customer feedback remains a key driver in refining services and improving the user experience, in line with the UAE leadership's vision of delivering world-class government services.Comprehensive labour supportThe Labour Claims and Advisory Centre provides support on a wide range of employment-related matters, including:Responding to labour enquiriesAssisting with labour claims submissionsProviding guidance on MoHRE services and proceduresSupporting the use of digital platforms and smart servicesFacilitating remote access to services without the need to visit service centresAI-powered and multilingualMoHRE said the centre operates using advanced digital solutions supported by artificial intelligence and smart analytics technologies.The service offers support in more than 22 languages, helping serve the UAE's diverse workforce and ensuring wider accessibility for customers from different nationalities and backgrounds.The ministry added that the centre is fully integrated with its digital services ecosystem, contributing to more efficient, flexible and sustainable government services.Customer data and feedback collected through the platform are also used to enhance services, streamline procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
