Abu Dhabi: The UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment confirmed that UAE markets are free of the eggs affected by the recall issued in the United States due to possible salmonella contamination.The ministry said the confirmation followed the completion of investigations and verification procedures by the competent regulatory authorities.According to the ministry, authorities reviewed import and trading data in local markets and found no evidence that the products subject to the recall had entered or been traded in the UAE.MOCCAE affirmed that the affected products are not present in UAE markets following the checks carried out by the relevant authorities.
