President Donald Trump said Friday that the United States could be “better off” if officials don’t reach a deal with Iran, as negotiations again appear snagged. “Frankly, maybe we’re better off not making a deal at all. Do you want to know the truth? Because we can’t let this thing go on,” Trump said. “Been going on too long.” Earlier Friday, Trump told CNN before departing for Florida that he was not satisfied with Iran’s latest proposal aimed at ending the conflict. The president also told reporters that his options on Iran come down to “go and just blast the hell out of them and finish them forever? Or do we want to try and make a deal?” The post Trump says “maybe we’re better off not making a deal” with Iran appeared first on Egypt Independent.
