The United Arab Emirates has strongly condemned an attack involving two drones, with no injuries were reported.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) described the attack as a serious violation of international law. It cited UN Security Council Resolution 2817. The resolution emphasizes freedom of navigation. It also rejects attacks on commercial shipping and interference with maritime routes.
They also pose risks to global energy security. It added that using the Strait of Hormuz for economic pressure or intimidation is dangerous. It can disrupt international trade and shipping.
MoFA called on Iran to stop these actions and urged a full and immediate end to hostilities. It also stressed the need to ensure safe and unrestricted passage through the Strait of Hormuz.

The UAE reaffirmed its commitment to maritime security. It emphasized the importance of protecting global trade routes. It also called for cooperation to safeguard this vital energy corridor.
