President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi extended his deepest condolences to the government and people of the Kingdom of Norway over the death of His Majesty King Harald V. In a post on his official Facebook page on Friday, President Sisi recalled with great appreciation his meeting with the late King in Oslo in December 2024, expressing gratitude for the warm welcome he received and the constructive discussions they held on Egyptian-Norwegian relations and developments in the Middle East. The president reiterated his sincere condolences to the Norwegian Royal Family, the government and people of Norway over the profound loss.
