His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has mourned Major General Khalifa bin Dhaen Al Muhairi, describing him as one of Dubai’s loyal men, a dedicated leader of Dubai Police, and among those who devoted their careers to serving the Al Maktoum family and the people of the UAE over five decades of continuous service.His Highness wrote on his official X account: “May God have mercy on Major General Khalifa bin Dhaen Al Muhairi and grant him spacious gardens in Paradise. He was one of the nation’s loyal men, one of the dedicated leaders of Dubai Police, and one of the most loyal who devoted his career to the Al Maktoum family and the citizens during five decades of continuous work.“Dubai will never forget its men. May God have mercy on you, Abu Muhammad, and inspire your family and loved ones with patience and solace. Indeed, we belong to God, and to Him we shall return.”
