Dubai: The Court of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has mourned the passing of Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who passed away on Monday morning.The Court announced 10 days of official mourning in Dubai, with flags to be flown at half-mast, starting Monday.“Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return.”
