Dubai: Dubai Police reported that "seven people have died and nine others were injured" in a collision between a minibus and a truck on Emirates Road. The truck had come to a stop in the middle of the road after a previous accident, leading the minibus to crash into it from behind. Authorities are warning drivers about the dangers of stopping in the roadway and are urging them to follow proper safety procedures to protect all road users.
