The Saudi leadership extended its condolences to Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune over the victims of a fire at an orphanage in Mohammadia, Algiers, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Saturday. Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud sent a cable of condolences to Tebboune and extended his deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the president, the families of the deceased, and the brotherly people of Algeria. He prayed to Allah Almighty to bestow His vast mercy and forgiveness upon the deceased, grant their families patience and solace, bless the injured with a speedy recovery, and protect the president and the people of Algeria from all evil and harm. Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, sent a similar cable to Tebboune extending his condolences and sincere sympathy to the president and the families of the deceased. On Friday, a fire caused by an electrical spark from an air conditioning unit killed 11 people at a childcare facility in the Mohammadia suburb of Algiers.
