Saudi FM holds calls with Russian, Egyptian counterparts on regional security

RIYADH — Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, received phone calls from his Russian and Egyptian counterparts on Friday to discuss regional developments’ economic repercussions and stability. During the Prince’s call with Russia’s Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, the two ministers discussed regional developments and their security and economic repercussions. They also reviewed joint efforts to preserve the region’s stability. In a separate call with Egypt’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates, Badr Abdelatty, the Prince also discussed maintaining bilateral coordination and consultation on these issues.
