A Russian drone attack on Thursday killed 13 people in Ukraine’s Dnipro, governor Oleksandr Hanzha said, after the head of Ukraine's railways reported a lethal attack on the city's train station. Hanzha said in a post on Telegram that at least five more people were wounded. Mayor Borys Filatov said a passenger train had been hit.
