Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah held talks with his Iraqi counterpart Fuad Hussein in Amman on Wednesday. They underlined the depth of relations between their countries and the need to support everything that bolsters Iraq’s interests and relations with Arab and Muslim countries to achieve development and stability for all. This includes preventing Iraqi territory and capabilities from being used as a “means for aggression against its neighbors.” Prince Faisal and Hussein were in the Jordanian capital to take part in the Arab Islamic ministerial meeting to discuss developments in Jerusalem and its Islamic and Christian holy sites. The meeting brought together Arab foreign ministers, the Secretary-General of the Arab League and representatives from Indonesia, Pakistan, Türkiye and Malaysia.
