Remote learning in UAE schools: Ministry to take decision on Sunday

The Ministry of Education has announced that the approved learning model for the upcoming period, whether in-person or remote, will be announced on the evening of Sunday, 10 May 2026.The decision will be taken after assessing the current situation, the ministry said. The Ministry has confirmed that examinations and internal assessments will proceed in-person in accordance with the approved plans. The ministry has also affirmed the readiness of educational institutions to transition between different models when needed. Any further updates on the developments will be announced through official communication channels, said the Ministry.
