MADINAH — The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has launched a suite of digital services on its website, enabling visitors to the Prophet's Mosque to plan their visits in advance. The platform allows visitors to access information and services before and during their visit, enhancing the visitor experience and improving the quality of digital services. To aid in enhancing the visitor experience, the services include an interactive map of the Prophet's Mosque, a live crowd status service for the route to offer salutations to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), prayer area occupancy updates, a visits portal, Manarat Al-Haramain, a worshipper's guide, and a children's hospitality center. The interactive map provides up-to-date information on the mosque's facilities and service locations, helping visitors navigate the site and reach their destinations more easily. Bsedies the map, crowd status service enables visitors to check congestion levels along the route to offer salutations to the Prophet (peace be upon him), while the prayer area occupancy service helps them choose the most suitable time and location for prayer. The authority encouraged visitors to explore the platform through its website, saying the digital services are designed to facilitate their journey and enhance the quality of services provided to visitors to the Prophet's Mosque, in line with the Kingdom's digital transformation objectives.
