Nestlé Saudi Arabia concluded the 11th edition of the “Nestlé Academy – Sales Program 2026,” graduating 27 students following an intensive four-week training program designed to equip participants with practical skills, develop their capabilities and prepare them to enter the labor market with the competencies needed to deliver meaningful results. The program combined theoretical knowledge with practical experience across several areas, including sales, trade, supply chains and the broader business environment, while also developing participants’ corporate communication and teamwork skills. As part of the program, students took part in field visits to retail outlets and warehouses, providing them with first-hand exposure to operational processes and professional practices across the various stages of sales. The program was supported by a strategic partnership between the public and private sectors, bringing together eight partners: the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources; the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at); the National Industrial Development Center; the Culinary Arts Commission; the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF); Farz & Eaadah Environmental Services Company (Eaadah); Panda Retail Company; and BinDawood Holding. The partners played an active role in enriching the participants’ experience through specialized sessions and practical activities covering a range of topics, including manufacturing in the Kingdom and the food and beverage sector, entrepreneurship, innovation, sustainability and professional development, as well as providing field experience in the retail sector.Robert Helou, CEO of Nestlé Saudi Arabia, highlighted the Academy’s objectives, saying: “The Nestlé Academy is a practical platform that brings together knowledge and professional experience, giving students a broader understanding of the business environment and the stages a product goes through from manufacturing until it reaches the consumer. We are proud to conclude the 11th edition of the Academy and of our effective partnerships with public- and private-sector entities, whose expertise and experience have contributed to the success of the participants’ journey and enhanced their readiness for their professional future.”The program concluded with a graduation ceremony held at Nestlé’s premises in Jeddah on August 27, 2026, attended by representatives from the company and its partner entities.
