Nazaha, Eurojust presidents discuss stronger cooperation to combat corruption

VIENNA — The President of the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) and President of the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust) discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in combating corruption. During their meeting at the United Nations headquarters in Vienna, Nazaha President Mazin Al-Kahmous and Eurojust President Michael Schmid discussed ways to support international efforts to combat corruption and investigate serious transnational corruption offenses. They also reviewed Nazaha’s efforts to safeguard integrity, promote transparency and combat corruption, alongside Eurojust’s work to investigate transnational corruption offenses in Europe and beyond.
