The National Center for Falcons will launch its first event, the International Falcon Breeders Auction, from August 5 to 25 at the center's headquarters in Malham, north of Riyadh. This year's auction will feature pavilions for local and international falcon farms, falcon equipment and supplies, and the "falconer of the future" pavilion, in addition to interactive displays and an auction platform offering live bidding on elite breeds of captive-bred falcons, SPA reported. The auction represents an attractive destination for falconers from around the world and provides falconers and visitors with an opportunity to learn about elite falcons bred locally and internationally. In addition to the international auction, the center will organize several specialized events in 2026, including the International Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition from October 1 to 10; the Melwah Race from October 4 to 9; the National Falcon Center Auction from October 1 to November 30; and King Abdulaziz Falconry Festival from November 17 to 30.
