MWL Condemns Houthis’ Continued Attacks on Saudi Arabia

The Muslim World League (MWL) strongly condemned the Houthi militia’s continued aggression against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including its heinous attacks targeting the cities of Khamis Mushait, Abha, and Jazan with ballistic missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), the Saudi Press Agency reported on Thursday. In a statement issued by the MWL General Secretariat, MWL Secretary-General and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa reiterated his condemnation of these criminal attacks, which violate religious values as well as international and humanitarian laws and norms. He stressed that the attacks underscore the criminal conduct pursued by the terrorist militia, particularly its deliberate targeting of civilians and civilian objects. On behalf of the MWL’s academies, bodies, and global councils, as well as all Muslim peoples under its umbrella, Al-Issa reaffirmed full solidarity with the Kingdom in all measures it takes to deter the aggressors, safeguard its security and national assets, and ensure the safety of its citizens and residents.
