JEDDAH — The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has instructed pilgrims holding multiple-entry visas to fully adhere to the regulations issued by it with regard to booking service packages with licensed Umrah service providers. The Ministry clarified through its X account that visa validity does not exempt pilgrims from booking other required services. Last July, the Ministry of Hajj announced the launch of the multiple-entry Umrah visa, which allows beneficiaries to enter the Kingdom multiple times during its 365-day validity period from the date of issuance, with a total stay of up to 90 days throughout the visa’s validity. The move aims to facilitate the pilgrim’s journey and provide greater flexibility in planning visits and performing Umrah. The Ministry clarified that using the visa requires purchasing a service package from one of the approved service providers through the "Nusk" system for each visit. The duration of the package must not exceed the remaining period available on the visa, and all pilgrims must comply with the regulations governing the duration of the programs and services provided to them. The ministry added that entering the Kingdom on the visa requires obtaining an Umrah permit through the Nusk app before arrival, with the permit dates aligned with those of the approved service package, in addition to fulfilling all travel and entry eligibility requirements. It noted that the process for the initial visit begins with purchasing a service package through one of the available providers on the Nusk platform, followed by submitting a visa application and completing its processing with the relevant authorities. Travel eligibility is verified before boarding the aircraft, while entry details are recorded upon arrival and updated upon departure, including calculation of the remaining stay period.
