The UAE's Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) has launched a new service allowing customers to pay service fees and fines in instalments through Tabby, in a move aimed at making payments more flexible and improving access to digital government services.The ministry said on its digital platforms that customers can now spread the cost of service fees and fines over four to 12 months, for transactions of up to AED20,000, using MOHRE's digital channels.Commenting on the launch of the service, H.E. Mohammed Saqr Al Nuaimi, Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services at MOHRE, said that the Ministry continues to enhance its service ecosystem by adopting innovative digital payment solutions and expanding partnerships with financial service providers, which contributes to providing more flexible payment options for customers and supports the delivery of efficient, seamless, and accessible government services that meet customers’ needs in line with the best practices in this field.
