Mohammed bin Rashid forms new board of Investment Corporation of Dubai

Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has issued a decree restructuring the Board of Directors of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD).Under the decree, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, has been appointed Chairman of the board.His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, will serve as Vice Chairman.The board's membership includes:His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al MaktoumMohammed bin Hadi Al HusseiniReem bint Ibrahim Al HashemySultan bin Saeed Al MansooriAbdulrahman Saleh Al SalehHilal Saeed Al MarriThe new board will oversee the strategic direction and governance of the Investment Corporation of Dubai, the principal investment arm of the Government of Dubai, which manages a diversified portfolio of assets across key economic sectors.
