Dubai: Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH), the aerospace platform of Dubai South, has announced that construction of its Sky Support Complex remains on schedule for completion by the end of the third quarter of 2026.The milestone marks further progress in MBRAH's efforts to expand infrastructure and support the growing requirements of the aerospace sector.Located within the Aerospace Supply Chain Zone, the Sky Support Complex is a landside facility covering 16,661 square metres and comprising 14 premium units designed for aviation-related businesses.Upon completion, the complex will offer flexible warehouse, office and commercial spaces, along with dedicated landside access and seamless connectivity to Al Maktoum International Airport and the wider Dubai South ecosystem.The facility is situated within a bonded free zone, providing benefits including 100% foreign ownership, advanced infrastructure and a business-friendly operating environment tailored to the aviation industry.Tahnoon Saif, Chief Executive Officer of MBRAH, said the development reflects the organisation's commitment to supporting the evolving needs of the aviation sector."The progress achieved at the Sky Support Complex reflects our continued commitment to developing facilities that support the evolving needs of the aviation industry," he said."As demand for specialised aerospace facilities continues to grow, we remain focused on delivering premium developments that enable businesses to expand, enhance operational efficiency and benefit from Dubai's world-class aviation ecosystem."The Sky Support Complex forms part of MBRAH's broader strategy to strengthen Dubai's position as a leading global aviation and aerospace hub by providing specialised infrastructure for businesses operating across the sector.
