Dubai: The late Major General Khalifa bin Dhaen Al Muhairi was among the first members of the Dubai Police Force since its establishment in 1956. Throughout his career, he made numerous achievements, most notably his management of the Nad Al Sheba Police Station.Major General Al Muhairi joined the force at the age of 15, bearing police number 8, with a salary of no more than 90 Rupees.During his career, he served under the first three foreign commanders of the Dubai Police Force, followed by Emirati commanders.Major General Al Muhairi was among the first generation who contributed to building the police force in Dubai. He progressed through various roles, serving in several locations, including the Zabeel Police Station and the Nad Al Sheba Police Station, continuing his service to the emirate until his retirement, alongside a group of Emirati citizens who laid the foundations for the Dubai Police Force.
