RIYADH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has presented a section of the Holy Kaaba’s Kiswa belt to the Arab League as a gift.Acting on the King’s directive and on behalf of Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan, Deputy Foreign Minister Waleed Al-Khuraiji presented the gift to Arab League Secretary-General Nabil Fahmy.The gift reflects the Kingdom’s appreciation of the religious significance of the Holy Kaaba to Muslims worldwide and its commitment to strengthening relations with Arab League member states.It also reaffirms Saudi Arabia’s support for the Arab League’s role in promoting joint Arab cooperation.
