The Israeli military said it had launched new strikes targeting Hezbollah infrastructure across southern Lebanon on Saturday, the day after the two countries agreed to extend an existing ceasefire. The military said that its forces “have begun striking Hezbollah infrastructure sites in several areas in southern Lebanon”.
