IDCE graduates 7th class of periodontology dentists

The graduation examination for the seventh batch of the specialized Periodontology and Implantology training program, run by International Dental Continuing Education (IDCE), gets under way today. The assessment takes place during the second IDCE Scientific Conference, held on 11 and 12 September 2026, in the presence of prominent deans, professors, experts, and dental specialists from Egypt and abroad. Today’s activities mark the culmination of a specialized educational journey in which seventh-batch dentists completed a curriculum combining academic qualification, clinical training, and practical experience, leading to a final assessment testing the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the program. The conference is accredited by the Egyptian Health Council, while the training program holds accreditation from the American Dental Association (ADA), reflecting the institution’s commitment to delivering an educational experience aligned with advanced standards in continuing dental education. Following the evaluation and discussion phase, the seventh-batch dentists will celebrate their achievements at an official graduation ceremony held as part of the second IDCE Scientific Conference. In his address to attendees, Prof Dr Ahmed Abou El Fetouh, CEO of IDCE, stated that the graduation of the seventh batch represents a major milestone for the institution, embodying its vision of delivering an advanced model of continuing dental education based on scientific qualification, clinical practice, and specialized assessment. Prof Dr Abou El Fetouh explained that the primary objective of IDCE’s programs is to prepare dentists capable of translating scientific knowledge into advanced clinical practice through training on real-life cases, direct interaction with experts, and evaluations testing critical thinking, analysis, and decision-making beyond mere absorption of scientific content.
