Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, inspected the progress of work at the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai. During the visit, His Highness was briefed on plans aimed at enhancing the resilience of the emirate’s economy and accelerating growth.His Highness stressed that integration between the public and private sectors is a fundamental pillar for expanding investment opportunities and strengthening Dubai’s competitiveness on the global stage. He emphasised the importance of continuing to support the economy and the tourism sector through practical measures, facilities and the adoption of innovative solutions that enhance Dubai’s readiness for future requirements and its ability to respond efficiently to change.His Highness expressed confidence in the ability of Dubai’s teams and its global partners to turn challenges into new opportunities that will drive development forward.In a post on the social media platform X, His Highness said: “I inspected the progress of work at the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai and reviewed its plans aimed at enhancing the resilience of the emirate’s economy and accelerating the pace of economic growth.
