General Amnesty: Lebanese PM Nawaf Salam’s Definition of Justice

Lebanon’s Parliament has approved a general amnesty law and exceptional reductions in some sentences, after Prime Minister Nawaf Salam told lawmakers that his government’s position was “justice, then justice, then justice.”
