Five Afghans arrested for attempting to enter Makkah on foot without a Hajj permit

MAKKAH — Hajj Security Forces arrested five Afghan residents for violating Hajj regulations and instructions after they attempted to enter Makkah on foot through a desert area without a Hajj permit. Legal action was taken against them. Public Security urged everyone to comply with Hajj regulations and instructions and report violators by calling 911 in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh and the Eastern Province, and 999 in the rest of the Kingdom.
