By Mohamed Attia Minister of Civil Aviation Sameh El-Hefny witnessed the signing of a new co-operation protocol between the Egyptian Holding Company for Airports and Air Navigation and EgyptAir Holding Company. This agreement provides healthcare services to the families of employees who retired from the Airports Holding Company and its subsidiaries before July 1, 2025, and were not previously covered by the family medical care system. Under the new protocol, these families can now access medical and treatment services through EgyptAir Medical Services. El-Hefny highlighted that healthcare is a top priority for the ministry. He stated that this protocol is an important step toward expanding medical services, bringing civil aviation entities closer together, and offering better care by making full use of EgyptAir’s medical resources. Chairman of EgyptAir Holding Company Ahmed Adel stated that the agreement reflects the company’s commitment to supporting the civil aviation sector. He added that EgyptAir will use its advanced medical facilities to deliver high-quality care to eligible families. Chairman of the Egyptian Holding Company for Airports and Air Navigation Ayman Fawzy Arab explained that the agreement honours the dedicated work of past employees. He noted that close coordination between both companies ensures long-term support and quality medical care for retirees and their families.
