Egypt condemns missile, drone attacks on UAE

Egypt strongly denounced the recent attacks carried out with missiles and drones against the United Arab Emirates, which caused a fire at an oil facility in Fujairah and injured several people. The Foreign Ministry expressed full solidarity with the UAE and support for the measures it takes to protect its resources and sovereignty. The statement firmly rejected any actions aimed at terrorizing civilians or destabilizing the Gulf region. Egypt warned of the grave consequences of such assaults, stressing they represent a dangerous escalation that undermines efforts to ease tensions.
