Dubai: Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department (DLD) on Wednesday totalled Dh2.6 billion across 850 deals.The department recorded 630 sales transactions worth Dh1.6 billion, comprising 18 building sales, 45 land sales, and 567 residential unit sales.Mortgages registered a value of Dh866 million through 182 transactions, including 23 building mortgages, 53 land mortgages, and 106 residential unit mortgages. The market also saw 38 gifts valued at Dh110 million.According to the department's data, a residential plot in Al Merkadh was sold for Dh160 million, while an off-plan apartment in the Za'abeel First area, within the ‘Address Residences Za'abeel’ project, was sold for Dh30 million.
