Dubai Municipality announced that the time required to provide 4 of its services will be reduced to less than a minute, a qualitative step aimed at improving the customer experience and enhancing the efficiency of municipal services. The Municipality also indicated that starting next June, requests for these services will be submitted via smart channels, namely the “Dubai Now” application, the “Dubai Municipality” application, and the municipality’s WhatsApp at 800900.
