The Kingdom’s parallel market Nomu fell 0.22 percent, while the MSCI Tadawul 30 Index declined 0.23 percent. Armah Sports led the gainers, rising 9.99 percent, while Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance was the biggest decliner, falling 7.28 percent. Among corporate disclosures, Qassim Cement agreed to acquire 100 percent of ready-mix concrete producer A-Mix for SR65 million ($17.3 million), while Qomel renewed SR55.625 million in Shariah-compliant banking facilities with Saudi National Bank. Amana Cooperative Insurance appointed Audi Capital as financial adviser for its planned capital reduction.
